Where’s my order? 

Please note processing times vary depending on the item you purchased. All jewelry (except for sale items) are made to order and have a 1-2 week processing time. Affirmation cards have a 1-2 day processing time and are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Be sure to read the product description for accurate processing times. For more about shipping times, please see ‘Shipping’. 

To track your order, you may sign into your registered account and go to Order History. Additionally, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to your order page when you place an order. The order page has 2 options for you to track your package: by downloading the Shop app or by signing up to receive email and text notifications. 

What are your return/exchange policies?

Are your earrings hypo-allergenic? 

All metal components are nickel-free and plated with a thin layer of gold or silver over stainless steel or brass. Earring wires hooks (dangle earrings) are stainless steel and earring posts (studs) are brass. 

If you are extremely sensitive to different metals, I suggest exercising caution when buying gold or silver plated jewelry. Even though there is a layer of plating over the base metal, this layer can wear off over time and expose the base metal. For tips on taking care of gold or silver plated jewelry, please see below. 

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Gold Plated Jewelry

All metal components used in the gold jewelry are nickel-free and are plated with a thin layer of gold, over either stainless steel or brass. The earring wires (dangle earrings) are nickel-free, gold plated stainless steel. The earring posts (stud earrings) are nickel-free, gold plated brass.

It is natural for the layer of gold to wear off over time. In order to keep your jewelry bright and shiny for as long as possible, I recommend the following tips:

• Take them off when you’re cleaning, cooking, swimming, or showering. Chemicals in the water or from cleaning products will eat away at gold, especially chlorine.
• Do not wear while exercising as sweat can accelerate tarnishing.
• Do not spray perfume on the jewelry. Apply perfumes, make up, or lotions before putting on your jewelry.
• Use a soft cloth to wipe your jewelry after each use to remove any dirt or debris. 
• Avoid scratches on glass beads or gold plated metal pieces by storing your jewelry in a soft cloth or separate from other pieces of jewelry. 

Silver plated jewelry

All metal components used in the silver jewelry are nickel-free and are plated with a thin layer of silver, over either stainless steel or brass. The earring wires (dangle earrings) are nickel-free, silver plated over brass. The earring posts (stud earrings) are nickel-free, silver plated brass.

Polymer clay jewelry

While polymer clay jewelry is durable once baked (it hardens into a plastic), I recommend storing it away from sharp objects that may scratch the surface. To clean, use a soft cloth as needed. It is not recommended to clean clay pieces with water, chemicals, or solvents. 

How do I use affirmation cards? 

Affirmation cards by Infinite Self Love are designed to help you connect to your true self - the divine essence that resides in each of us. To make the most of your cards, I recommend the following:

• Share the love! Pass along an affirmation card to a friend or even a stranger. Remember that infinite love begins with you. The love you cultivate within grows far beyond you, in an infinite flow of give and receive.
• Meditate with it! Use it to guide your meditation by stating the affirmation. Allow yourself to feel the energy of the words.
• Repeat as often as necessary! Tape it to your mirror or keep it in your wallet as a lovely little reminder throughout the day.

Can energy healing cure my ailments?
