Jewelry is sealed in a commercially compostable clear film bag to protect it from dirt or dust. It is wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a twine bow, perfectly wrapped to be a gift (even if it’s for yourself!). All orders come with a bonus affirmation card to share with a friend, as well as inserts with instructions for caring for your jewelry and information about the crystals or gemstones in your particular piece of jewelry. Finally, it is enclosed in a bubble wrap lined envelope.

Affirmation cards are sealed in a clear plastic cover to protect it from dirt or dust then wrapped in tissue paper for a fun unwrapping experience. It is then enclosed in a bubble wrap lined envelope.

Most jewelry is made to order with a 1-2 week processing time before the order is shipped. Be sure to read the description of the items for accurate processing times. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.

USA orders

USPS First Class Mail ($5.00): Takes 3-5 business days and provides tracking.

USPS Priority Mail ($10.00): Takes 1-3 business days and provides tracking.

USPS Express Mail ($28.00): Takes 1-2 business days and provides tracking.

International orders

USPS First Class International (Canada: $16, Mexico: $17, All other countries: $19): Takes 1-8 weeks. Please note: this timeframe is variable due to the time it takes customs to process packages in the receiving country. Once your package leaves the US, I have no way of tracking the package.

USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail International (Canada: $31, Mexico: $37, All other countries: $42): Takes 7-17 business days but does not have tracking or insurance. It's more reliable than First Class International and takes less time to arrive.

USPS Express Mail International (Canada: $48, Mexico: $60, All other countries: $70): Takes 7-12 business days. This is the most reliable and provides tracking.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me at info@infiniteselflove.com to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, if your package is successfully delivered and stolen, I am not liable to replace it.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when you checkout. I’m unable to send a replacement item in the event the incorrect address was given at checkout.
